This Aruba Excursion Took My Breath Away! | Horseback Riding in Aruba with 297 Tours We had a long, very adventurous day in Aruba! Carnival Horizon was docked from 9AM until 11PM, so we had the opportunity to do ALL THE THINGS! We went horseback riding, grabbed lunch at our favorite spot - Eduardo's, took the UTV around to the natural cave pool for a quick swim, went back to the ship to change, headed over to the beach for a sunset catamaran tour, and finally grabbed some fresh tacos at a local restaurant!
