Before we sailed with Disney we had heard a lot about how good the food was on a Disney cruise. We were very excited to see for ourselves but we were surprised that the quality and selection did not end at the main dining room, but extended to the Disney Cruise buffet as well. That being said there were some things we loved and hated about the buffet. We give you our full list. Let us know what you think. The buffet is the largest restaurant on the cruise ship. As we said, Disney Cruise food is pretty good and worth trying. You can find the buffet up on the pool deck at the back and it takes up a quarter of the deck. There are food stations set up on the left and right side. The Disney Wish Buffet is called Marceline market and is themed after the town Walt Disney grew up in. On the Disney Magic, Wonder, Dream and Fantasy the buffet is called Cabanas and is beach themed. One of our Disney Cruise tips is to take some time, walk around and enjoy the details. You can find lots of references to Disney movies, it is like looking for hidden Mickey's. Overall we were really impressed with the Disney Cruise food buffet, including the selection and quality. We enjoyed the theming and the biggest problem we had is that they were frequently closed when we wanted to eat there.
