Date Filmed: September 3, 2021 Hello Happy Travelers! Welcome to NYC! The city so nice they named it twice! We are in New York because in a few days, we will be boarding Oasis of the Seas, Royal Caribbean’s first mega ship in the Oasis class! This will be the first revenue sailing for Oasis and Bayone, New Jersey (Cape Liberty) since the pandemic closure! Today is a travel day, so we are flying from Jacksonville, FL (JAX) to New York (JFK)! Once landed, we took a cab to get to the financial district which is where we will be staying. We didn’t get into too much today but had a delicious water view dinner and took the most amazing sunset river cruise! It's not really a river cruise, it's just the NYC ferry service, but it was extremely affordable and gave you a beautiful view of the city. From our ferry we could see the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, Empire State Building, One World Trade Center, and the Chrysler Building! This is our new favorite way to see New York! It was magical! Today went by quick, but we will be ready to go tomorrow for some more NYC fun! If you are interested in planing your own vacation, we would love to assist you!
