The process takes about 3 hours including preparation, setup, and service. The night before, we pre-selected our courses. Our room steward and servers prepared a beautiful table setup directly on our balcony. Two crew members stayed nearby to serve each course and ensure everything was perfect. Incredible food, exceptional service, and unbeatable views of the Norwegian Sea at sunset. 🌅 Why it’s Worth It: The combination of privacy, fine dining, and breathtaking scenery makes this one of the most memorable experiences available on a Princess Cruise.
