Viking Cruise Lomonosov: Zaporozhye Ukrainian Sing along

http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com On the ride back to the ship after the Khortitsa Cossack Show, guide Olga asked the passengers to sing a Ukrainian folk song with her and passed out the lyrics. Most of us (me) were still having a problem even pronouncing Zaporozhye, let alone learning a Ukrainian song but, let's give it a go... Unfortunately for poor Olga, Steve and I were sitting directly behind her. Fun-loving Steve has no problem singing out even though he can't carry a tune and is dyslexic! With that, we began singing along, Steve adding whatever words he knew from C'e La Luna, an Italian classic, and "Swanee" to the mix. After listening to us mangle her Ukrainian love song, she couldn't take it any more and said, "Someone behind me is very enthusiastic." Probably a nice way of asking us to shut-up...
