Today our NCL Getaway 7-Day Canada/New England Cruise has arrived in Saint John, New Brunswick (Bay of Fundy, Canada). The storm we barely escaped in New York has caught up to us, and it's raining cats and dogs. We modify our plans for outdoor activities, and choose to spend our day indoors instead. We begin our day strolling through the Waterfront Container Village on our way to find a quaint coffee shop. After our morning coffee, our friends join us for a fun brewery crawl, exploring some of Saint John’s best micro-breweries. There's so many amazing breweries to choose from, and we narrow it down to Picaroons Brewing Company (General Store), Bigtide Brewing Company, and Wasted Day Brewing. Along the way, we try some amazing Canadian food for lunch. After lunch, we explore Saint John's famous City Market, it's historic Stone Church, then get a spectacular dessert at Beaver Tails. Back onboard the Getaway, we have an entertaining dinner at Teppanyaki, then take in an entertaining Dueling Pianos show at Headliners Comedy Club.
