We are absolutely loving this resort! After getting settled into our room at Margaritaville Island Reserve, we head out to explore more. But we don't get very far as we landed on the floating beds by the SOS bar. This is such a great idea... must have been Jimmy Buffet's idea... that man is a genius!! Then we make our way down to the beach to watch the most EPIC sunset over the Caribbean. What we notice as we walk around is that there is no one else around! It is like a ghost resort that we have all to ourselves... I like it! I swear there are as many staff here as there are guests. So we feel extra special!! We have dinner at Frank & Lola's which is the Italian specialty restaurant and it is delicious! The bread... the olive oil... the gnocchi!
