The Yokun White Pass Railroad excursion is the most popular thing to do when visiting Skagway Alaska, but is it the best way to explore? Well we took a bus tour instead of the railroad so that we could get out and see some of the sites up close. We visited waterfalls, lakes, went through the customs boarder crossing, took our picture at the welcome to Alaska state sign and we got an excellent narrated tour of down town Skagway. Check out this video to see if maybe doing a bus tour is better than the railroad. 00:00 teaser 00:33 intro 01:03 pulling into Skagway Alaska on the Bliss 02:48 disembarking in Skagway 03:01 bus tour of downtown Skagway 07:03 Touring the Klondike Highway 08:10 No Mans Land 08:32 Waterfalls, Glaciers, Lakes 09:52 Canada Eh 10:07 Fraser Lake 11:40 Welcome (back) to Alaska 13:12 Skagway lookout point 13:28 Walking downtown Skagway 14:44 Red Dog Saloon 16:17 Klondike Goldrush National Historic Park 16:54 short walk back to the NCL Bliss 17:11 credits Music "Silver Waves", "Is This Really Happening" - Track Tribe
