I met someone at softball game and I lent them a sweater and a year later they called me up and offered me a job I didn't know anything about cruising and anything about the industry but it sounded fun so here I am thirty years later

nobody ever writes me a letter and says that was a great lounge or that was a you know nobody says that about the ship they talk about the people

I'm actually thrilled I learned that to really ask the experts because you can't know everything right so ask the experts and they guide you through these things

I would say don't hesitate join this industry and you've got a fantastic future
