I was so looking forward to going to Belieze but today was a tough day. We got word that our vet thought it was in the best interest of our 20-year-old rat terrier Eddie that we let him go. His heart was failing, and he was having difficulty breathing. I was so saddened that I wasn't there to hold him. I'd spent the last months doing assisted living and palliative care for him and I think he knew just how much I loved him. We took the Calypso train around and shared a lunch plate. We returned to the ship in time for tea.
