We #sail through the #TracyArmFjord and visit the #beautiful #ports of #Skagway , #Juneau , #Ketchican and #VictoriaBC We cannot wait to show you all of the amazing #adventures we had along this #Trip We are in the Alaskan capital of Juneau today! Today we did a private whale watch tour that we purchased through the Shipmate app, so it was just our group of 10 that did this excursion. This was definitely the way to do it...and it didn't cost more than what an excursion through the cruise line would have cost! But we did see a lot of whales on this excursion, but please note, the waters were choppy and we had zoomed in on a lot of the shots so some of the footage is a little bouncy. After our excursion we headed to the Red Dog Saloon for some food, local beer and of course the famous Duck Fart shot (ohh...that was so good!). Info on the Whale Watching Excursion: In the Shipmate app it is listed as the Private Whale Watching excursion. For our group of 10 we were charged $195.00 per person (we bought this excursion January of 2023) Overall the excursion was 4 hours from pickup to drop off at the port (drive to the marina was about a 1/2 hour each way) We were provided snacks, water and soda during the excursion as well. We got a PO BOX!!!!
