You'll get a notification in your state room that they'll be cleaning. They ask you to remove any items from balcony. It makes all the difference! Crystal clear windows! P.S. I've seem internet trolls tearing apart the ships on message threads complaining about the cleanliness of the windows. Let me just say - your AT SEA! They can't clean the balconies EVERY DAY.
