Why cruise ships lacking CAT scans can be deadly

There are no cat scans on cruise ships.

I've seen them in you know the back of ambulances they're in rural parts of the country you can in my estimation outfit a cruise ship with a portable cat scan machine which would be a profound gamecher for the level of care and the conditions that they could treat on board, but they don't do it.
