If you're following along on the Rambling with Phil YouTube channel, you know we're on the Oasis of the Seas. With people getting back to cruising, some are wondering how "normal" was it? One thing that was a little different was the Windjammer Restaurant which is a buffet restaurant. The food was still good but the service was not really self serve as you'll see in this video.
