Windstar Wind Spirit Dreams of Tahiti. Day 7. Huahine: Motu Picnic. This was a full day excursion. The Wind Spirit anchored off the Island of Huahine. We Navigated our way via boat to a midsize islet. We stopped for some snorkeling before arriving at the motu. There was time to swim and snorkel in the lagoon on both sides of the motu. Our guide taught us a bit of cooking (poisson cru) before we enjoyed our lunch. Then we had time to learn some local dancing. On our way back we learned some of the local traditions from our guide, as we were surrounded by the amazing colors of Huahine.
