Have you heard about Morimoto By Sea? Maybe you've recently seen the Michelin starred master sushi chef Masaharu Morimoto on Bravo's Top Chef TV series, where the cheftestants visited the Iron Chef and his Morimoto By Sea restaurant onboard Holland America Line's Eurodam? Morimoto By Sea is a new restaurant concept inspired by HAL’s partnership with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, who serves as the cruise line’s Fresh Fish Ambassador. A permanent dining venue on Nieuw Amsterdam, and a pop-up on the other Holland America ships, Morimoto at Sea is another example of how cruise lines are changing the gastronomy at sea game. We recently sailed on Holland America Line’s Volendam, where we had a fantastic meal at Morimoto by Sea. During our visit to the restaurant, we dined on Angry Lobster Pad Thai, Fresh Tuna Pizza, and more.
