See what it was like to take a bus tour of the beautiful Acadia National Park in 4K. Our excellent tour guide & bus driver took us on a scenic drive to the top of Cadillac Mountain for amazing views. We then stopped by the Wild Gardens of Acadia, and then visited Thunder Hole after passing by Sand Beach. During the tour we learned about the history of Bar Harbor, including tidbits on the Jackson Laboratory, the dangerous Precipice Trail, and the lobster fishing industry. Afterwards we walked around Bar Harbor downtown and did a scenic hike along the Shore Path where we got nice views of our cruise ship (the Celebrity Summit) and the Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Seas. This was a DIY excursion we booked online in advance before our cruise, and hopefully it gives you an idea or an in-depth look at what to expect at Acadia National Park & Bar Harbor. You can get a closer look at the tender that took us from the cruise ship to Bar Harbor, plus the dock area here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I0NTf0b1Bws This was from our June 2019 cruise on the Celebrity Summit which visited Bermuda & New England. #acadianationalpark Affiliate links are used to help support our channel.
