Creator's Key Takeaways
We got incredibly lucky with the weather. The wind was a lot.
We did it and I think we would do it again.
Don't rush with the crowd. Just hang towards the back because everything rotates.
This is probably the best service team and also housekeeping staff that we have had on any cruise overall.

We are back from our most recent Disney Cruise Line adventure exploring Alaska!! Today we share our glacier day!! Keep following along as we make our way to beautiful Alaska! Glacier day was an early start because we were determined to visit as many characters as possible on the top deck in their exclusive Alaskan outfits! We were fairly efficient overall and saw almost every character (including Koda); however did not get to meet Minnie today (but we do meet her later). We also saw SO MUCH wildlife including several whales and otters while waiting in line! We also splurged on this day and did the Adults Only Glacier Explorer excursion through Disney! This was fairly pricey but we were able to board a smaller vessel and make our way even closer to the glacier! The Adults Only departure also included some welcome champagne, a drink ticket (which we used for glacier-ritas), and several snacks! On this excursion we also explored more of the fjords and saw tons of beautiful waterfalls and more wildlife (even a bald eagle)! We felt this excursion was amazing and well worth it if you can afford a little splurge! Back onboard, it was time for frozen night! Unfortunately the deck show was nothing special and the dinner was not our favorite. We are glad we experienced Freezing the Night Away, but overall we much prefer pirate night. Overall, this day was amazing and incredibly scenic - next up…Skagway, Alaska!! Have you sailed with Disney on an Alaskan Cruise? What was your favorite port/excursion?
