Arcadia & Ventura P&O Cruise Ships first to sail from Southampton in 2020 03/01/20

Today the 3rd January 2020 saw the very first cruise ship departures of the year from Southampton Cruise Terminals. They were the two P&O Cruise Ships 'Arcadia' & 'Ventura'. The very first to depart was the 'Arcadia' & there was a great firework display as she set off from the Mayflower Cruise Terminal for her 99 Night World Cruise, she was estimated to leave about 18:00pm but actually left early roughly around 17:46pm. Her first port call from Southampton is to Funchal Madeira Portugal. As the 'Arcadia' was slowly making her way towards Town Quay the 'Ventura' then started her move away from the Ocean Cruise Terminal just after 18:05pm to start her 35 Night Caribbean Cruise, she got away quite quickly so no delays there which made a change. Her first port of call is also to Funchal Madeira Portugal.
