Day 4 of our Christmas Markets River Cruise in Breisach. This small city has a rich and sometimes disturbing history. Its fascinating to explore with a knowledgeable tour guide. We also took in the fabulous Geldermann winery which makes some delicious sparkling wines. However the Christmas Market in the town was very disappointing. It was tiny with only 12 stalls. It also didnt open until 4pm, just 2.5 hrs before the ship had to leave port. Not sure this warrants a place on anyone's Christmas Markets itinerary. #christmasmarkets #rivercruise #tui #breisach #tuirivercruise
