We walked from the Amber Cove Cruise Port, Dominican Republic to the village of Maimon and had lunch at Johan Restaurant. There was a one hour time difference, our ship's time was an hour behind. I picked out a 2 lb Red Snapper which they fried and served with white rice, red beans, salad and fried plantains. The total for everything, including a bottle of coke zero and two bottles of water was $1042.00 DRP or just over $18.00 USD.
