Carnival Mardi Gras dining has brought lots of new options to the table and these Carnival Mardi Gras restaurants will not disappoint you. Some of these dining areas are specialty restaurants and are an extra fee and some are included in the price of your cruise. Our favorites were the Carnival Mardi Gras Bonsai Teppanyaki and Shaq's Big Chicken. The Chibang! restaurant was also beautiful. There will be no shortage of food. Carnival Mardi Gras has more dining options than any other Carnival ship.
