Day 2 of our 4 night Cozumel Cruise sailing from Tampa Fl. Carnival Paradise Fantasy class ship. Maiden voyage 1998. In 2023, Carnival Paradise underwent refit during her October dry dock which added new spaces as well as upgrades to the vessel. Prince Paradise is showing his age a little. Overall a good ship for first time cruisers. Prices are some of the lowest compared to other Carnival Class ships. Not we expected for the cheap price. Not that bad at all!!! A few places missing from a Fantasy Class ship. No Steakhouse, Basketball Court or Heroes lounge. But, the Rotterdam bar/lounge area aired the NBA playoffs live. Great areas to relax with a book. Rex and Leonardo Lounges host daily trivia, karaoke, art show and much more entertainment. Lounges at night great night clubs with themed music nights. Adults only Serenity deck entrance from the Queens Mary Lounge. Paradise is small ship. Very easy to navigate around decks. Sorry I was not able to record the fitness center or main show lounge. Both were closed early am being freshened. Again Carnival Paradise is an okay ship for first time cruisers. Please remember to subscribe to the channel.
