This a review of Carnival Cruise Line's Dr. Seuss Green Eggs and Ham Character Breakfast that I did aboard Carnival Horizon in June 2018. This breakfast was held on the last sea day in the main dining room. On Carnival Horizon is was the Reflections dining room. 16 Dining Spots on Carnival Horizon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ayle7yxjkHU&t=5s The price of the breakfast was $5 and could be reserved once onboard. I was not able to access the reservations in my cruise manager on Carnival's website but some guests got an email to reserve their spot.
