Beginning July 14, 2021 the CDC began a temporary suspension for all dogs imported from 113 high-risk countries for rabies. Their belief is that these countries have inadequate rabies vaccination records. What we didn’t realize is that this even includes properly vaccinated dogs from the United States that are just traveling with their owners.
