Join us in this Cologne travel vlog to see if this is Germany's best weekend getaway! 🇩🇪 In this video, we're showing you all the best things to do in Cologne for a fun-filled city break in Germany. If you're planning a trip, this is the perfect itinerary to help you fit in all the top sights in Cologne! Our first stop was the incredible Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom). The Gothic architecture is amazing and it's an absolute must-see for anyone visiting the city. After taking in the views, we wandered through the Alter Markt (Old Market) to explore the historic heart of the city and see the beautiful Great St. Martin Church. To see Cologne from a completely different angle, we hopped on a panoramic boat tour to travel along the Rhine River which gave us some fantastic perspectives of the city skyline. Next, we visited the famous Hohenzollern Bridge covered in thousands of romantic love locks. We also took a brilliant Kölsch Brewery Tour to try Cologne's famous beer and learn about the city's brewing traditions. It was definitely a massive highlight! Denis was delighted to try the Kölsch beer. For a piece of history, we popped into the Farina shop to see the birthplace of the original Eau de Cologne. Cologne has so much to offer from history and culture to great food and unforgettable experiences.
