In an amazing rescue, the MSC Preziosa came to the aid of 6 Brazilian fishermen who went missing after heading out Saturday near Ilha Grande, Brazil. A storm likely disrupted their communications leading to the search. After receiving an SOS call, the MSC cruise ship rescued the men during a 3-night cruise from Sao Paulo. The fishermen received medical treatment, but sadly the body of a 7th missing fisherman was later recovered. Cruisers departing Port Everglades between 11/20-12/1 should plan for traffic delays with 35 ships moving in and out, including 7 on the busiest day 11/25.
