Following on from the cruise around the harbour (see separate video), we stayed around Portsmouth & Southsea in order to watch the departures of the two cruise ships that were at Portsmouth International Port as well as catch the two that had been in Southampton as well. The ships were seen in the following order... - MV "Minerva" (Swan-Hellenic) from Portsmouth having departed at 18:00 on a 13-night D-Day Anniversary Cruise with the first Port of Call being Dunkirk. - "Queen Elizabeth" (Cunard) from Southampton having departed at 16:52 on a 4-night mini cruise to Amsterdam - the first since returning from refitting in Hamburg. - "Amadea" (Phoenix-Reisen) from Portsmouth having departed at 20:00 on the final part of her cruise from Nice to Hamburg. - "Ruby Princess" (Princess Cruises) from Southampton having departed at 18:59 on a 12-night cruise around the British Isles with the first Port of Call being Guernsey. Also featured are Brittany Ferries "Normandie Express", "Bretagne" & "Mont St. Michel" plus Condor Ferries' "Commodore Goodwill". Viewed from Southsea & The Round Tower.
