***We accidentally posted this video twice. Feel free to watch both*** This video was previously posted on March 30, 2023. There are 5 main dining rooms on the Sapphire Princess, and the Diamond Princess. Both ships call them by the same name. They all have the same menu each night. There is also a Sabatini’s and a Sterling Steakhouse on both ships. The Diamond has a Kai Sushi. Theses are all specialty restaurants and hav a cover charge. As of this writing, the Sapphire Princess is in dry dock possibly getting a new specialty restaurant. This was recorded in April 2023.
