Creator's Key Takeaways
overall this was a very quick tour probably about an hour or so but it was very enjoyable to see a historic building related to the Italian opera
overall this restaurant was so delicious definitely worth the check from the port if you're going to poo and our total cost for our entire meal including our two SS of line was €998
would highly recommend this place and after lunch we made our way back to the port but we had to stop at a little Bakery on our way to of course get one of the most famous desserts in Sicily

We have arrived in Italy!! Today is our first stop on our magical Mediterranean cruise, and today we explore the port of Palermo!! This port was a change a few months before sailing, so we did not have any port adventures booked through Disney today. Instead, we decided to explore the town on our own and enjoyed a tour of the largest opera house in Italy at Teatro Massimo (@tmassimopa), followed by a delicious lunch at Michelin Bib Gourmand Restaurant Buatta Cucina Popolana and we finished our time ashore with a stop at a small bakery for a Sicilian delicacy…a cannolo!! Back onboard, it was time to get ready for the pirate night festivities!! Have you ever done a Mediterranean cruise? What was your favorite port? Are you dreaming of a European Adventure too?
