We decided to get up earlier than usual today and make our way to Gideon’s Bakehouse located in Disney Springs. We were not the only ones, as many were out to see the NEW flavor for January and to snatch up any new merchandise that Gideon’s Bakehouse has to offer for January 2023. Butterscotch is January’s New Flavor! Named after a sweet little girl, who for one day a year, scampers about barking and howling wearing her magic wolf pajamas. When she returns home, she finds dessert by the door and turns back into sweet little Butterscotch. In her honor, Gideon’s Bakehouse is serving up a NEW Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie, a half-pound of Gideon’s secret Bischof Cookie Butter, premium Butterscotch Chips, and crushed Bischof Cookies! Our Traveler Family knows we are not so much about Gideon’s Bakehouse Cookies but more on team Gideon’s Cake! They did not disappoint as they also have a NEW Cookie Butter Buttercream Cake – a vanilla cake coated in Cookie Butter Buttercream. It is available every Wednesday and Saturday of January. To wash all this sweet goodness down they also offer a NEW Cookie butter Butterscotch Cold Brew which aims to rival their already proven delicious Peanut Butter Cold Brew. For the shoppers or collectors, they also have introduced NEW limited merchandise items. These limited edition items include their Bronze Gargoyle Tumbler, a butterscotch Hoodie, and a Butterscotch Unisex T-Shirt that features their newest character Butterscotch dressed in her wolf pajamas.
