The experience is a little different at this Palo, compared to the Palo's on the other ships. The other Palos tend to have an AYCTE menu. The Wish Palo is mostly an A' la carte menu with one "Prezzo Fisso" menu - you choose one item per course for a 4-course meal. But no trip to a Palo is complete without an order of their famous soufflé.
