EMBARKATION DAY on Norwegian Viva out of Galveston is finally here! 🚢✨

From parking drama and accidentally getting on the wrong shuttle, to a smooth check-in, lunch at Indulge Food Hall, touring my Studio cabin, solo traveler perks, sailaway views, sunset, and dinner at Onda by Scarpetta… this first day onboard was stacked from start to finish. In this full Norwegian Viva embarkation day vlog, I head to the Port of Galveston, drop off my luggage, park at Discount Cruise Parking, and somehow end up on the wrong shuttle headed to Carnival Jubilee before making my way to Terminal 16. Thankfully, once I got to the terminal, check-in was one of the smoothest I’ve had. After boarding Norwegian Viva, I grabbed lunch at Indulge Food Hall, checked out my Studio Interior cabin, and toured the Studio Lounge, which is such a nice perk for solo travelers and a great place to relax or get a little work done. Later in the day, I caught sailaway, stopped by the solo traveler meet and greet, went sunset hunting, and ended the night with dinner at Onda by Scarpetta. At Onda, I tried the bread service, creamy polenta, branzino, and tiramisu, and then wrapped up embarkation day with a late-night snack from The Local Bar & Grill.
