For one, the ceviche in this city is the best I've ever had, so I always bee-line to La Cartera Guerrense while in port. Today, I also did a Carnival excursion through downtown Ensenada, to see what details I might be missing, including visiting the historic Riviera hotel, some wine tasting downtown, and even a stop for some shrimp tacos.
