Epic Universe: What You Need to Know About this BRAND NEW Theme Park!
YouTube Video Description↓
Universal's Epic Universe is officially open and it is unlike anything else in Orlando. We spent two full days exploring all five worlds during the passholder preview — riding the rides, eating the food, staying at the Helios Grand Hotel and taking in every detail. Here is everything you need to know before you visit. 🌌 CELESTIAL PARK (The Hub) ✦ The main entrance area — built around the concept of the cosmos with portals to four other worlds ✦ Stardust Racers — dueling launch roller coaster built by the same architect as VelociCoaster. Our favorite ride in the park. ✦ Dining: Meteor Astro Pub (mobile order to your table — game changer) ✦ Shopping: Other Worlds Mercantile & Moonship Chocolates ⚡ WIZARDING WORLD OF HARRY POTTER — MINISTRY OF MAGIC ✦ The most stunning land we've ever walked into — bigger than Diagon Alley and more immersive. It rivals the best themed areas in any theme park ✦ Café L'air de La Sirene — the French onion soup is one of the best we've ever had. ✦ Le Cabinet Noir — dungeon bar, gorgeous, great place to cool off ✦ Harry Potter and the Battle of the Ministry — The queue is stunning! ✦ Le Cirque Arcanus Show — the best theme park show we have ever seen. Full stop. Do not skip this. We cried. ✦ Tip: apply your passholder discount right through the app at the table 🍄 SUPER NINTENDO WORLD (including Donkey Kong Country) ✦ You enter through a green tube — the Mario sound effects alone are worth it ✦ Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge — augmented reality visor technology unlike anything we've experienced. A must ride ✦ Donkey Kong Country — Mine Cart Madness has crazy lines for a short ride ✦ Warning: Nintendo World is a bowl shape with minimal shade. Get there early in summer — it is going to be HOT ✦ Dining: Toad's Stool Café 🐉 ISLE OF BERK (How to Train Your Dragon) ✦ The biggest world at 15 acres — absolutely stunning Viking village theming ✦ Fire Drill water ride — you WILL get soaked, totally worth it ✦ Hiccup's Wing Gliders — family friendly story coaster, somewhere between Slinky Dog and Hagrid's ✦ The mac and cheese crusty cones at Grog & Grill — best snack in the entire park. Get the pulled pork version ✦ The Mead Hall — Swedish meatballs with lingonberry jam (better than IKEA) ✦ Toothless meet & greet — 90 minute wait, adorable, plan ahead 🧟 DARK UNIVERSE ✦ Classic Universal monsters — Dracula, Frankenstein, Invisible Man, Creature from the Black Lagoon ✦ Monsters Unchained — incredible storytelling, stunning animatronics, similar technology to Hogwarts Castle ride but significantly upgraded ✦ Curse of the Werewolf — rotating coaster, fun for all ages ✦ Burning Blade Tavern — great vibe, character meets nearby 🏨 HELIOS GRAND HOTEL ✦ Staying on property gives you early entry to two worlds before park open — a massive advantage on popular rides ✦ Pool access between park sessions — we highly recommend one night minimum 📌 TIPS BEFORE YOU GO ✦ Plan for two full park days minimum to experience everything ✦ Mobile order to your table at every quick service — no counter lines ✦ Shade is limited right now — the trees will grow in over time ✦ The park entrance through Kronos is stunning — take it all in 🏰 Planning an Epic Universe or Universal Orlando vacation?
