Gallipoli, Italy is a serene seashore town along the western coast of the Salentina Peninsula. The old walled city is a labyrinth of alley ways filled with shops, little sidewalk cafes, surrounded by water on all sides, with fishermen fixing nets. Seafood is a feature on most menus and we enjoyed a fabulous lunch here as well as a bit of shopping at a tiny shop called Manu Ali, where Alice was so kind!
