Exploring San Juan & Food Tour - San Juan, Puerto Rico

Full Vlog: https://youtu.be/tgXVVyftfVQ Today is our only full day in San Juan, Puerto Rico and we wanted to do something a little different from the norm, so we signed up for a food tour with the Spoon Experience. Our food tour took place in Old San Juan, we met up with our guide, Gia and began our walking tour of the city. During our three-hour tour, we made multiple stops, enjoying a snack and beverage at every stop. Some of our favorites, Arroz mamposteado, a flavorful pork and rice dish served with sangria and a Cuban sandwich made with a rum mustard served with a passion fruit beermosa. Everything we consumed was delicious and we ended our tour feeling very full! While this was a food tour, we also learned so much history of San Juan and Puerto Rico. We learned about the forts, the cemeteries and of course, the rum! We would highly recommend The Spoon Experience, www.thespoonexperience.com (and especially Gia if you're lucky enough to have her as your guide)! Our only regret, that we didn't have enough time to do one of their other tours (but gives us a reason to visit San Juan again)! After our tour, we spent some time at our final location trying some of their other drinks before heading back to our hotel to relax and have some pool time. We also stopped by the hospitality desk to receive information about what we needed to do to get ready for embarkation day! Our evening ended visiting the pool bar again for dinner and attending our Facebook group meet up, where we had a great time meeting with some of the people we would share the next 7 days with.
