In less than a week, we will be taking our first Celebrity Cruise Lines sailing. Several friends have warned us that, once we get a taste of Celebrity, we'll never go back to Carnival. While that's highly unlikely (since I have 4 upcoming Carnival sailings on the books!), I am curious about what this experience has in store. Some may say obsessed, especially when I refer to the ship as my crush...While I was booked on her inaugural, COVID had other plans, and so next week, I finally get to meet the ship that I've tweeted about more than any other! Celebrity Apex is an Edge-class cruise ship from Celebrity Cruise Lines. Making her debut last year (instead of April 2020), she has received rave reviews.
