About our Bacon Score methodologyYouTube Video Description↓
We leave the Scottish Highlands and begin making our way back south in Elvis after an incredible few days exploring Scotland. Before heading home, we stop off at some stunning locations, including Loch Lomond, the quiet coastal village of Kipford, Rockcliffe and Castle Point, before ending up in the Lake District at Windermere. Along the way, we discover beautiful motorhome stopovers, hidden overnight parking spots, peaceful waterfront views, and one of the best sunsets of the trip. We also try local food, cycle through tiny Scottish villages, explore the shores of Lake Windermere, and take a boat ride across England’s largest lake. Finding somewhere to stay in the Lake District on a busy Friday turns into a challenge, but we eventually find a great motorhome parking spot close to Bowness-on-Windermere. There’s plenty of food, scenic drives, lakeside walks, campsite reviews, and motorhome life throughout this UK road trip vlog. If you enjoy motorhome travel, Scotland road trips, Lake District adventures, and discovering hidden places around the UK, come along for another day on the road with us.
