Hampton Court Palace Vlog - Inside Henry VIII's Palace in London! 🇬🇧

Welcome to our Hampton Court Palace Vlog! 🇬🇧 In this video we're taking you inside Henry VIII's Palace near London. If you're planning a trip and love royal history, this is a must-see! We're always keen to see historic royal palaces and couldn't pass up the opportunity to see Hampton Court Palace, given its links to the Tudors, notably Henry VIII, his wives and children. We were staying in nearby Kingston-Upon-Thames, making it easy to visit. Hampton Court Palace is now a fantastic visitor attraction with exhibits showing what the palace looked like at different periods under various kings and queens of England. Notorious monarchs like Henry VIII, Elizabeth I and Mary I all called this palace home. Inside we explore Henry VIII's Apartments, the Georgian Story exhibits, William III's Apartments and even Henry VIII's vast Kitchens. Outside, there are the beautiful Hampton Court Gardens and Hampton Court Park, with different garden styles reflecting different periods of history. We also took on the infamous Hampton Court Maze, which was really good fun! Hampton Court Palace is also said to be haunted! The ghost of Henry VIII's fifth wife, Catherine Howard, is often seen in what has become known as the Haunted Gallery. Hampton Court Palace ghost tours are popular, and we'd love to do one on our next visit. Hampton Court Palace is a great day out if you're in London. It was fantastic to see the royal palace where Henry VIII and his wives lived and learn more about the kings and queens of England.
