About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

We spent the day in Hobart, Tasmania doing a pub crawl. Pub crawl starting with Shipwrights of Arms. Established in 1846, A short walk from Salamanca and the center of Hobart, it’s the perfect place to settle in after a long day, just as the sailors, boat-builders and locals of Battery Point have been doing for over 177 years. https://www.shipwrightsarms.com.au/ We moved on to The Den which is renowned for its rich and delicately balanced cocktails, fusing the best of Tasmanian, international and house made ingredients. https://theden.com.au/ After The Den we moved on to The Pavilion sports bar. The sports bar concept was developed over an earnest discussion over a few beers about the need for a sports bar in Salamanca. The Pavilion @Salamanca is the brainchild of well known local publican Paul Jubb and his three sons Rob, Kevin and James, together with cricketing identity James Faulkner and the Brownless brothers Billy, Blair and Anson. Located on the site of the former Phat Fish bar and restaurant, the Pavilion is situated right in the heart of Salamanca. ‘Meet you at the Pav’ will be the catch-cry you will hear all round Hobart! https ://www.pavilionsalamanca.com.au/about We were on the The Majestic Princess for a 7 day cruise out of Sydney, Australia. Thank you for coming along on our journey around the world.
