See what buffet breakfast food for a Holland America cruise ship look like! The buffet restaurant is called Lido Market, and is always located on the pool deck. Holland America had plenty of gluten-free and vegan offerings as you can see in the menus. For breakfast the Lido Market is open from 7 AM to 10:30 on sea days, and 6 AM to 10 AM for port days. These were from our July 2023 cruises on the Holland America Nieuw Statendam. Holland America is one of the few mainstream cruise lines where crew members serve you food, though for 2023, we've noticed that is that there are more items than ever that you can help yourself to such has donuts, bread and other pastries.
