For part 1, you'll see the food that are available for pretty much every night, plus the unique dishes from embarkation dinner and then the first gala/formal night, or dressy night as HAL calls it. Correction on my lobster night comment in the video- I meant to say it's been a year or so since HAL no longer has a free lobster entree (instead of "many years"). There were several gluten-free and vegetarian dishes (though none were denoted as vegan by HAL), as well as some sugar-free desserts also.
