I must say I was going into this cruise with a my eyes way open as I had heard of many issues they had had on the 1st couple of sailings.. BUT I am happy to say most of the issues I expected were already fixed by the time we boarded! We were able to embark and debark with ease, we had no errors with our bill, we had no issues with our cabin, had some hiccups with food but none to worrisome. I do think they need to work on the Steakhouse but we were overall impressed with this ship and the staff!
