This recipe comes from my Italian Grandma and is made using hand-crafted tools from my great Uncle, who was an Italian woodworker, including a hand-made ravioli board that makes 35 ravioli at a time, and a hand crafted cheese grater. Check it out!! Here's the Ingredients list for the ravioli filling as well as ravioli dough!! For the Method/Preparation, please see the video. Dough Mixture: • 2 Pounds Flour (8 Cups) • 3 Eggs • Three Cups or Less of Water Meat Mixture: • One and One Half Pounds Ground Meat • One Chopped Onion • Bunch Parsley • One Tablespoon Salt • One Teaspoon Pepper • One Cup of Romano Grated Cheese • Four Slices of Soaked Stale Bread • Four Eggs Preparation: Brown Meat in Frying pan or microwave. Drain grease. Add Parsley and Onions and cook on high heath for a few minutes. Combine Meat and soaked bread and work with hands until bread can’t be seen. Add 4 eggs, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate meat mixture. You can use same day, however ingredients may meld better if left overnight in refrigerator.
