I rank and review the food on the brand new Carnival Celebration and Mardi Gras after I tried most of it during the inaugural sailing of the Mardi Gras. The Celebration is a brand new ship and features more restaurants and places to eat than any other Carnival cruise ship other than Carnival Mardi Gras. Places like Cucina del Capitano, Guy's Pig & Anchor Smokehouse, Guy's Burger Joint, Rudi's Seagrill, Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, Blue Iguana Cantina, Seafood Shack, Street Eats, Shaq's Big Chicken, and many more! The Carnival Mardi Gras was the first ship to sail from Port Canaveral in over 15 months. The Mardi Gras is the brand new ship from Carnival Cruise Line, the first of its Excel Class of ships.
