We are embarking on the biggest trip of our lives! We are traveling all the way up the East Coast from Florida to Maine and then back to Louisiana!! The first stop is Savannah, GA. This has been a city we have wanted to visit for quite a while now. Everyone tells us 'if you like New Orleans, you will love Savannah'. So it was the perfect stop for us in Georgia. Oh did we mention, that we will be visiting 20 states on this trip??? This is an RV road trip and we find a great campground, Red Gate Farms, that is also a trolley pick-up spot... how perfect! We love doing a hop on hop off tour in any new city. You learn some of the history and see the stops along the way that you want to visit more of. We spent all day exploring Savanah and most definitely want to come back for more!! It does remind us a lot of New Orleans, but has it's own personality!
