#odysseyoftheseas is the next #cruise #adventure for @OnaCruisewithWilandStephen with an eight night sailing to the southern #caribbean. We start this #trip in #fortlauderdale where we spend a day exploring the #riverwalk and #lasolas Blvd. before boarding odyssey of the Seas at #PortEverglades. The #ship was originally scheduled to be delivered in 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there were delays in the construction and delivery timeline. The official maiden voyage of the Odyssey of the Seas took place on July 31, 2021. For this reason and the fact that #wonderoftheseas was about to #sail as the world's next largest cruise ship, Odyssey did not get the #fanfare most new cruise ships get when they first set sail. We are huge fans of #royalcaribbean #quantum class ships and we've previously sailed on sister ship #anthemoftheseas. Odyssey is actually a #quantum plus class ship so we were excited to see he differences.
