I love juicing! I am not a fanatic about it but I love the way I always feel clearner and healthier. This time I am doing it because I have just lived life to the fulliest for the last 2 months and now all I want is fruits, veggies and things I don't have to chew! Here a couple tricks I use to make it easy. 1. Use a plastic grocery bag to line the inside of where the pulp falls. When you are done, just lift the bag out and empty it into your compost 2. DONT JUICE GREENS! The old saying "is the juice worth the squeeze" applies here! And no- it is not. There is very little juice that comes from putting Spinach, Kale and other greens through the juicer which lead to tip 3 3. Add all greens to a Nutri-Bullet and just the other fruit and veggie juice as your liquid. I do add a little but of water as well just to tin it out. 4. I juice for the entire day. If I had to make a fresh juice everytime, all I would be doing is cleaning up the kitchen! Some people like them uber fresh, but I have no issue with a juice that was made same day.
