Lasagna ni Jamueats #Lasagna #Pasta #Jamueats Video also available at Jam Eats the World (Youtube) and Jamueats (FB Page) Tipid tips siguro: Use arla cheese to replace ricotta cheese hehehe Verdict: Masarap, mauulit Ingredients *Meat sauce: 1/4 ground beef, 1/4 ground pork, 1/2pc onion, 1pc garlic clove, 4pcs tomatoes, 2 cups tomato sauce, 60oz tomato paste, bunch of basil and parsley, 1tsp salt,1 tbps sugar, pepper and Italian seasoning *White sauce: 6Tbps arla cheese, 1 egg and bunch of parsley *Toppings: Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese Instructions 1. Prepare the lasagna pasta based on package instructions 2. Stir fry onion and garlic till fragrant. 3. Add ground pork and beef and cook till brown. 4. Drop in the tomato, tomato sauce, tomato paste, basil, parsley and season with salt, sugar and italian seasoning. Cook for 30-45mins. 5. Season with black pepper at the end once cooked. 6. Prepare the white sauce by combining the arla cheese, egg and parsley. Mix well. 7. Build the lasagna by putting the meat base, then lasagna pasta, then white sauce, then cheese toppings. Repeat until you almost fill the container. 8. For the last layer, put meat sauce and top with cheese only. Cover the container in aluminum foil. 9. Preheat oven for 350degrees. 10. Bake the lasagna for 25mins with aluminum foil on, the another 20mins without the aluminum foil. 11. Let it rest a bit then serve! :)
